Display issue with Edge 130

Help needed on my device.

when power on, there’s no display shown on screen except lines.

able to go into mass storage mode when hook on PC.

did a hard rest but problem still persist.

anyone can advise? Thanks

Have you tried syncing with Garmin Express? Does Express recognize it and sync? Beyond that, I think I'd be calling Garmin. Good Luck, I hope it works out ok.

Yup. Garmin Express able to detect and sync the device. Updated the latest firmware as well.

if there’s no other solution to it, I will call Garmin.

I'm betting it's toast, hopefully you're still in warranty. Hopefully they take good care of you!
