cycling vo2max syncing

My edge130 does not sync the cycling vo2max to my connect iq app. I have a powermeter/heartrate monitor
and vo2max is calculated on the edge and changes after a ride. Is it a known issue?(could not find posts about
this issue) and is there a workaround/solution?

Does the Vo2 Max make its way to Garmin Connect if you sync it with your computer and Garmin Express?

Hi Garmin-Matthew,

Thanks for your reply. I can upload the VO2max via pc-Garmin Express but It’s quite annoying to buy a bluetooth device because of functionality to upload via mobile-app and then being forced to upload a single important statistic via a cable to PC. I hope there is a way to upload via Garmin connect app.

I have HR sensor, cadence and speed, but also by connecting edge with cable, VO2max is always at 0 on connect

Luca - A power meter is needed to get a VO2 Max estimate.

Hi, is it not enough with cadence/speed sensor 2 + HRM dual on a bike the get the estimate?
I have an edge 130 and would like to sync it to the app too
