Device Updated / Physio True Up Message

I keep getting this ( every other day or so ). Device has not been updated and is getting annoying.

For the update - keep in mind this will be shown not only for main firmware, could be GPS, datatields mabey something else. But as usual poor not stating what exactly.

I don't think there were any updates. It seems OK after I have done a full NV reset

The message usually means something has changed in your Garmin Connect account that is being synchronized.

I could be wrong but I think its when you've uploaded training from another Garmin to GC it then updates the 130 with that training info.
