Custom Maps doesn't work

I try several times switch ON Custom Map layer. After put it on ON mode (green switch) it dosn't remember ON state. When I go back nothing change on to the map screen. When I go back to Map config switch is in OFF positon (grey) again. 

BTW: On Fenix exists similar problem but here it imposibble to switch off custom layers.

    I think that it a wrong folder, even thought the naming hints that the maps should be there but if you use that folder, the maps are not visible.

    Right place for custom maps is straight on \\Garmin\ main folder (the same location where you can also see the "CustometMaps" folder.

    Unfortunately at least some of the custom maps are causing the crash on the device, if you have 28.xx firmware installed (goes to infinite diagnostic data collection loop.

    No. I always use Custom Maps for bitmap KMZ files and main for vector maps IMG.
