garmin express does not recognize egde 1040

I connect the USB cable to the computer and nothing appears, it doesn't recognize it on the Garmin Express,
 I've tried putting it in storage mode, but I can't get the Garmin Express to recognize it or even the computer.

I've already tried two different computers.

Yes, I can see the 1040 as mass storage in my Mac.

Yes, tried 3 extra cables.

Yes, tried on Windows (my mechanic) and detected and works fine. But I don´t have a windows computer…
