13.50 firmware shutdown suddenly during activity

Hello,

I've updated my 1030 with 13.50 firmware but during the activity it's suddenly shutdown!!

When I restart my 1030, my course is active again but is stopped...

I also have continuous disconnections and reconnections with the sensors of my giant reign ebike and the power indication ( ebike have a power meter...) is totally wrong...

How I can fix it?

My 1030 shutdowns with the "Battery burn rate" IQ field active!

At 13.40 firmware "Battery burn rate" working fine.

Try deactivating IQ fields, if you use them.

Thank you for information, unfortunately I haven't IQ field activated..

I'm using native 1030 fields to view the sensors of my Giant Ebike and Dechatlon heart rate monitor...

Had the same issue on a couple of rides over the past few days but only on my gravel bike. Only difference with that bike vs my road bikes is I have the SRAM eTap paired to the 1030 on that bike as well as the Cannondale wheel sensor. Going to unpair both of those devices and see if that fixes it. I have had issues on the past with eTap being paired and the 1030 having issues so I am hoping that is what is causing it for me.

I've re-installed the "old" 13.40 firmware and during the latest ride it's worked fine...

Probably, the people of garmin software quality were in holiday when the 13.50 version was released...

Is the shut down only occurring when following a course? I've done about 20 rides on 13.50 with three of them using navigation and I have not experienced any shutdowns.

Nope - had it shut down both following a course and without following a course.

I have the same problem introduced by the same version. I'm deactivating IQ fields to see if that makes a difference.

Mine does the same, in my case it is definitely caused by the RTL510 sensor which fails first then reboots the Edge 1030

I haven't tried it with my rtl515 yet. Deleting the IQ field might have helped me but it's only one ride so far. My Garmin stuff rarely misses a beat so this is concerning.
