It takes several minutes to reconnect to them all. I have Varia light/radar, Polar HRM, Garmin speed sensor and a PowerPod v4 power meter. It was also happening with v11 software update.

Same issue here with 12.20. Worse than 12.14 beta. Had all sensors lost and rediscovered 12 times in a 25 mile ride yesterday.
I have given up on trying to connect my Bontrager lights since that only causes…
This is very annoying on a ride. There was a section where the radar was toggling between connected and disconnected every couple of seconds for about 10 minutes. It was driving me crazy. My power meter…
I'm experiencing the same thing. I've opened a ticket with Garmin and they have collected diagnostics.
I suggest you do the same so the engineers have as much information as possible.
In terms of sensor connectivity the Garmin v12 upgrade is a complete disaster, and a reminder that I need to disable my 1030 from automatic updates. I know better than to not install any x.0 major upgrade, and wait for at least a x.1 patch release to fix all the regressions and other problems.
I'm noticing the same thing... well, mostly. I've ridden a few times since updating to v12. At random times when I start to coast my speed sensor loses connection for a moment. it reconnects and is usually ok after that. At least it reconnects in a reasonable amount of time. I've had my radar disconnect once too. My heart rate, cadence and ok from what I've noticed.
This thread started 7 days ago so 12.14 is the version maybe.
For me so far so good. No sensor loss. Iused to have 10.20 or similar and upgraded to 11.00 then 12.14.
12.14 looks 20-30% faster than 10.20. (In case of 10.20 the screen scrolling took 1-2 seconds if it sensed at all.
I'm checking tthis as it may be a screen sensor problem and not CPU overload.
Just updated to 12.20. I'll report back if sensor drop issue resolved for me...
As an aside, just installed cool IQ app for wind speed/direction:
apps.garmin.com/.../988a2e36-a02e-4bf9-9ec1-f06654596196
During my last ride I experienced a lot of dropouts from the speed sensor. Immediately found after as there was a beep and message displayed. Very annoying, this should be fixed. It's persistent since v10!
