Can I disable light is disconnected from the network popups?

I have Bontrager Flare RT and Ion Pro RT lights on the bike across the house and when browsing on the 1030 by the computer away from the bike I see that popup a lot. If panning the map, the next touch will close that message and aborts the current pan. Can I disable just the notification popup (or make it less obtrusive) without having to disable them as a connectable device?

If you turn off the RT lights completely including their BT/ANT+ transmitter, this will stop. On those lights to turn them off completely I think you must hold the power button 20 seconds or something like that. it is in their manual. If they are not off they auto-connect to your Edge.

Alternatively you can disable them on the Edge, like any other sensor.
