Cadence sensor not detected by edge 1030

Hello,

I have just received my bundle edge 1030.

I upgraded it from 7.50 to 9.00.

HR Strap & speed sensor are well detected by the edge 1030. Unfortunately the cadence sensor is not.

I switched the battery between speed sensor & cadence sensor to make sure it wasn't the source of the problem.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

Did you wake the cadence sensor up? Shake it or turn it over a few times so that the light blinks (assuming it has a light).

Yep, the light blink when I put the battery inside. But then still not detected by the edge.

I have the same problem, cadence sensor not being picked up by 1030 plus. Received the both in past 30 days

Just replaced the battery and its working, the battery was dead from the factory
