Slow Edge 1030 since new

I bought a new Edge1030 last year and the unit has always been very slow when displaying the elements on the screen, so slow that i still have my Edge1000, it is significantly faster. I searched online a video showcasing the unit for comparison and clearly it is not supposed to be so slow and unresponsive. Same goes with the touchscreen, it's less sensitive than my Edge1000. Sensitivity is at max.

I have also the GPS signal being too much inaccurate quite often. I compared with my Edge1000 on the same locations.

Any ideas what can cause this and how to solve the problems?
