Can I mount Edge 1030 on 35 mm handlebar?

Can I mount Edge 1030 with an out-front mount on a 35 mm handlebar?

The out-front mount that came with my 1030 requires a rubber shim for use with a 31.8mm bar, so I assume that with the shim removed it fits a 35mm bar. I don't have a 35mm bar to test that theory, though.
