The position marker needs to become larger! And Garmin can do it. Within the high contrast map profile they proofe it.

2. Download, unzip and place the Theme file in your Garmin\MAPTHEMES directory,
3. Select this Theme in Settings>[Your Activity Profile]>Navigation>MAP>MAPTheme>Select the Theme...
4. Modify as needed if you want another color, I have also been trying pink (#ffF50B94)
