File transfer to SD Card

Following the latest map update my internal storage is close to full. I have a SD card installed but only activities are stored on it. What files can I safely transfer to the SD card from internal storage?

If you have an internal SD Card, Garmin Express should transfer some map files to that card.

That is what I thought but it hasn't. I have had to copy all files across manually but now want to delete some files to free up space but am not sure what I can delete safely.
