1000 explore - another livetrack issue

Livetrack starts automaticaaly when I start and sends email to the recipient. Recpient opens email to get map with this message, 'page will update automatically when location data is available'. It does not then track the ride. Can anyone advise please?

Update 4.30 was pushed out a few days ago and seems to be causing some problems with LT, reinstall 4.29 and that might fix it. I have my phone set up to not automatically update apps because I've had multiple issues with Connect in the past, I always wait a week or two to see if there are any issues before updating manually.

Thank you Jim, is there a guide on how to reinstall 4.29? I will also follow your practice on automatic updates.

You can find a copy on APKmirror, you'll have to completely uninstall 4.30 first and then install 4.29, you'll also have to reset your contacts and preferences.
