Can the map preview be disabled from the Navigation->Courses->Saved Courses screen? It takes much longer to scroll through courses on the Edge 1040 than it does on the Edge 1030 Plus.

I'm a relatively new Edge Explore user. I recently downloaded the Open Street Map for an area we will be visiting in a few months. I'd like to preview the map to make sure it loaded on the Explore properly. How can I do this?
