I used to upload to MB but now they locked the 'e-mail to a friend ' option. When I try to upload to GC it says error ..data is not recognized or something. So what should I do ?

How to determine times at different distances

Maybe I am just totally missing the obvious, but I was doing tabata interval sprints the other day which I recorded, but I also wanted to look at them to determine my 100m times, etc… I can't figure out how to determine what those are.

'Vorhören' ist in der Tat nicht gleich bei der Lautstärkregelung möglich.
Mittels Simulation, wie von Herby332 beschrieben, kann man die Lautstärke jedoch anhören.

If you have the same activity in Training Center and in Garmin Connect, you can use a simple file compare program to see what the difference is between the two files.
