Mine did this a few times at the end of January 2025, there was a worldwide outage.  Randomly has done it again today, fully charged but just shut off and I cannot get it to come on again.  

I am also having this problem for several weeks.  This should have been fixed by now.  Come on Garmin, if you are going to charge expensive prices for your equipment, your tech support needs to step up!

I'm having the same issue. 100% to 0% in 9 hours.

I used to go 4 or 5 days between charge and now I cant even get a full days wear from it

Mine was worse. Fully charged before i went to sleep and its empty when i oke up this morning. Tried resetting the watch and updating the software..None works. Emailed to the customer support and waiting for response 

This also happened to me a couple of hours ago, I went for a swim in salt water. was working fine while swimming. came out and the screen was black. charging does not help, neither does pressing buttons. 

I have a similar issue, the device has to be on 100 percent charge to perform an activity and then it will work fine, anything starting from under 98 percent will cause the device to turn off immediately

mines the same, full charge and only collects about 9 miles of data before battery goes to about 20% and saves the workout and then lasts about 30 minutes and dies

can you change the batteries in them?
