Try restarting your watch and charging it longer.  Seems odd to charge that quickly.  I had my venu 2s drain like that once and a reboot of the watch fixed it.  Battery should last 5 days or so at least.

    Hello !

Does the watch charge when connected to the charger? ... after it is fully discharged ,

it takes some time for the watch to start charging .

This can be checked by touching the screen or pressing the top button .

    Good luck !

Same here. Every time I charge it. And sometimes multiple times a day.

Maybe it needs a few charge-discharge cycles to calibrate the battery reading.

And it charges slower than it did prior to the 16.x update.

You could still try to calibrate the battery (usually not recommended, as it decreases battery life). Let the battery drain until the watch shuts itself off, turn it back on and repeat the process until the watch refuses to turn back on. Charge the watch…

Update from support: only charge the watch connected to the computer, not the wall outlet. Apparently it is safer for the watch. Although my wife charges the same way with hers and she doesn't have the same issue. After it's plugged in, hold the top button…

I do I repeat these steps everytime I want to charge or is this a one time fix. Also anyone knows if its okay to charge your Garmin from your phone or does it have to be a laptop or a power bank?

Hi all. Bounce owner for a 10yo. Lately have found that LTE drain is real and can be avoided at school if the watch is kept off the wrist -eg teachers ask students to hand over watches phones. Also have noticed that if the watch is kept powered on overnight…
