Yup, same here after waking up to an update to 10.4 APAC this got reset... And also lost 3 hours of sleep

You are most probably running the APAC version and this lags behind when it comes to firmware releases. You can do nothing about this, sorry.

Though I know that you may not have answer to this but still wanted to ask...

Is this 945 FW update limited to certain regions?  My watch has 11.60 and neither Garmin express nor connect prompts me to upgrade. I am APAC.

For APAC, I think we will have to wait at least a couple of months, as usual.... now 4.20 is the latest one available for us.

fyi firmware version 4.5, 4.6 and most recently 4.7 has been out for apac version of fr945. we are still stuck on version 4.4 for months
