Marq Series - 11.10 Public Release Candidate

Hello Marq customers,

This software version is our next Public Release Candidate. This means that this software will become a public update, as long as we do not identify any critical bugs in this version. We would appreciate any feedback on v11.10. (Whether you install 11.10 now or wait for the official release in a few days, the v11.10 "release candidate" or "public release update" software will be identical.)

Please ensure that you are downloading the correct beta software for your specific device. The beta below is not compatible with MARQ Aviator.

  • Just did ... but after the update I still have a file called 006B310702.cnd in the remote software folder. What is the reason for this one?

  • 3107 is the GPS firmware code so it is something related to that. Is the extension cnd instead of gcd? Can you try to copy it to your computer and open the file? It might contains some info about the firmware install and could be opened with a simple text editor.

  • The strange Workout's behaviour is still present with RC 11.10.
When using strength workout (created on PC), after choosing "do workout", watch is asking to choose the type of activity that the workout is reffering at, even if the workout was created as a "strength workout". Even with a planned one, same thing happens. This from beta 10.75 to the RC.

Mail done to betateam, the second one, about same bug.

I remember that this happened long times ago, with Fenix3, and it takes three to four month to be solved. Let see, how many time it takes now ;-)

  • Strange ... just looked again and it is gone now - what ever it was?!  Nerd

  • Coming back from a Mountain bike tour :
    - No more RR submenu,
    - With a power profile with screen off, no more screen raise to wake.

Steped back to 10.10 and waiting for nextest stable update.

Looks like for Garmin to have lot of job, with broken basics functionalities.

    Made a Mail to Betateam

  • No more RR submenu,

If you mean the recovery heart rate that pops up after 2 minutes when you Stop/Pause (before saving) an activity, that function has been moved to one of the sub menus you can scroll to whilst paused.

  • I was aware of that on it's time.

Looks like menu is back, with rollout.
