No sleep / stress / oX data in Garmin Connect app

Hi,

I have Instinct (1gen), and it does not sync above data with my Android 11 phone. 

I got the watch just few days ago, it has upgraded to 16.50 firmware straight away. 

Then I started to use it. 

All data is being synced apart from all sleep data. It does however after re-installing Garmin Connect app on my phone, but then the following night it again does not sync that data, until yet another re-installation of the GC app. 

I've tested with another phone (not mine really) that has Android 9 on board, and it works fine. 
I wonder if it has anything to do with some permissions, or maybe security patches on Android?

I've checked if that data might be on Garmin Connect web, but it is not. 

Something it letting through the data into the phone, but then the following day it does not. Which is strange as all other data is being synced all the time, like steps, HR and calories, and of course activities and importing courses into the watch. 

I have rebooted the phone, watch. Nothing. 

I don't know where to look for a solution. Thnx

  • I am sorry there has been issue. It certainly doesn't make much sense why you are getting 1 sync and then the next day you are not. It should be consistent. Since your issue does not seem straight forward with the coming and going nature of the sync, I have sent you a direct PM to work with you further.
