Training stats for GoPro Hero9 video recording

Is it possible to extract stats data from strength training into a GoPro Hero9 video ??

I have a DJ Osmo action Cam and I use Garmin virb edit software on PC to add data from instinct to the recorded videos but I only use it for recording my MTB rides.

I don't know, I use the metrics from the instinct like heart rate, speed, cadence, temperature, ABC and GPS data to be display on the video I never use it for strength training

oh great that there is a possibility have you ever tested what it looks like when you pull out strength training? Is there a name for the exercise and the repetition? Or just a heartbeat?

and so great that you wrote today I will check how it looks with me. And will the recording quality deteriorate after the introduction of these statistics in this program?
