This issue still exists.
Charge watch via PC and HRV chart disappears for 1 or 2 days.
It still displays an overnight average so it appears that the HRV value is still sound but who knows.

Right now I don't see hrv graph in GC Web, even in the tab on the left there is no available and disappeared. I can see only hrv status on the garmin conect app and it's look like this
