[issue] Map configuration not taking effect

What I want: Disable certain sets of maps.

What I did: Went to MAP app > Options > Map Settings > Map > Configure Maps, and turned off certain maps.

What happened: Maps being disabled were still loaded and shown.

Device: tactix 7 PRO

Software version: 16.22

BTW can we directly turn maps on/off during any activity? Currently, there seems to be no way to enable/disable certain maps except in the MAP app, which is not optimal, I guess.

Disabling maps in the Maps app only disables them in the Maps app itself. The map configuration is a per-activity setting, you must have overlooked it.

Thanks! I checked again and found it is a per-activity setting, which I had overlooked.

But even within the MAP app (or any other activity), the disabled maps were loaded and shown after some zoom in/out. Not sure whether it's a cache issue or what.
