Fenix 5 time freezes

My Clock on the watch has just started to freeze at night, no do not disturbs activated or anything like that.

Turn my blue tooth off on my phone at night when going to sleep as I have done for the last 4 years and it freezes during the night..

when you turn blue tooth back on your phone it syncs to correct time....
