heart rate problem

Hi all. i have a problem with my heart rate sensor. first of all the sensor cant receive the 24/7 bpm. in the other hand during activity ( running ) only in that condition works. also same happens in widget heart rate . i did factory reset and the problem still exists. i try to do software update on beta to 20.72 but the problem still exists . is there any solution ?

what sensor, the optical one? Or you have band? During activity it works? Do you have Wrist Heart Rate in settings on?

i am using the sensor of fenix 5 . there is a number BLE/ANT/SNS: 6.90

And it does not measure HR at all when you are not in activity? Or it does measure with some outages?

it gives me results only during activity . i dont know the reason

It was not clear to me, what your problem is, sorry, now it is clearer. HR sensor works, because at activity it measures HR. Out of activity not at all - it looks that it is disabled by settings. Go to connect mobile, Garmin Devices - Device - General - Wrist Heart Rate - this must be on.

the problem is that the sensor works only during activity. it does not give me an 24/7 heart rate graphic and as a result there is not sleep mode detection
