Fenix 5. not syncing no preferred activity tracker

Have a notification telling me that that device wont sync as it is not my preferred activity tracker. yet in my settings it is.

    Former Member Hello.  With the notification you are receiving is that in the Connect app on your smart phone or the Garmin Express application on your computer?  Also, even after receiving that message does your step/sleep/all day heart rate data still show in your Connect account or does nothing come across?

    Hello Anthony, Notification is on computer and nothing comes across.

    Have now got back into Gmail Account and switched off preferred tracker and log in to Bigpond account and made it preferred activity tracker. nothing is coming across, notification is still there saying not preferred tracker. I use connect on both my computer and mobile. On my mobile app it shows steps calories heart rate floors and intensity minutes. Am unable to get sleep or stress as I did before. On computer am unable to get any information. Can you cancel both accoiunts and I just start over? Frustrating.You can have whatever access you need to sort out. Email accounts are
