Hello, I have the same issue on the Fenix 6X.
After several swimming workouts done, the PR's weren't recorded. For example, in a swimming activity of 1000-1500meters, why the watch doesn't record any record for the 100m, 400m, 750m? The longest swimming was added by me manually... Maybe there is some issue or incompatibility between what is recorded in the watch and what is recorded in the Garmin Connect app.
Check out the FAQ here:

Also, oddly enough, the F6 is not on the compatibility list, but this might be a mistake.
Thanks for the FAQ link.
Why the 100 meters distance for example doesn't have the PR recorded, when it was already reached several times?
What was the pool size? Check out the FAQ. 100m PR can be achieved only in pools that give you exactly 100m in multiples of pool size. If 100m is not a multiple of your pool size, then a 100m PR cannot be set in this pool.
14 meters.
So, based on that fact, the watch won't be able to automatically record any PR in the device, correct?
If yes, it's a bit frustrating, considering that we're talking about the top of the line in the fénix 6 series.
Since none of the PR distances is a multiple of 14, then no, the watch won't be able to calculate any PR. This is because the watch won't know when you crossed the PR distance, because it would be somewhere in the middle of the length, and the watch only knows the time of completing a whole length.
