- I run with a HRM-4 with all the run dynamics. The foot pod also provides the run dynamics which has precedence? Should I do anything here? I also have a rhythm+ that I use in the gym because the chest strap gives me a rash. It is a better combination, 5X, Stryd and Rhythm+?
- Which app is the best to use? There seem to be 3 options. Run with data field, Stryd IQ and Stryd Race. I am tending towards the OEM Run app with the data field but which is best?
- I am assuming the foot pod connected via ANT+ but is it possible to check?
