Clever Training as mentioned has no tax and offers an internal point system of 10% back for use on a future purchase of anything they sell. CT I still believe gets top tier allocations from Garmin *HOWEVER* it seems that this time around with their name becoming more commonly known and Ray Maker of DCRainmaker having a relationship with them it seems they got MASSIVE preorder volume and so while its clear they are shipping lots of units it doesn't seem they have made much of a dent beyond the first few days of availability of preordering after 1/4/17... maybe they got too famous. Who knows when they will fulfill all their existing preorders but Garmin will need to massively increase supply here soon hopefully. It still seems the best way to get a unit quick is to look for the smaller name running stores that suddenly get a handful in and they don't do preorders and you can jump on them quick.

I ordered mine from Paragons in New York last Thursday, and received it on Tuesday this week. A few of us on here ordered from there as well. When I spoke to them last FRiday, they had 6 units of 5 Sapphire in inventory. Never ask about the non-sapphire edition units.
Check out HRMUSA. No tax and at the time I preordered months ago, they had a 10% off coupon that actually worked for F5 (usually GPS stuff is exclusion on those). Debating, though, whether flexible REI return policy still may be better despite tax and deferred 10% in dividend form.
