Favorite watch face and why ?

I always just use the basic clock with time.. I don't need nor care about seeing my workout stats on the main watch face and I don't use the watch to track steps, stairs, sleep, calories or any of that other jazz...

Plain and simple watch face for me...

Funnily enough I've been using the analog one that came out shortly after the first F5 images were released that looks like the F5 stock face.

Favorite? Well, that's one of the ones I wrote! :)

It really depends on what you want, analog or digital, what kind of things you want to see, do you prefer a larger, more readable font for the time, etc...

Also, remember you can can download a few, and switch when ever you want, and most are configurable, both for things like colors and what's displayed. (many are free and fully functional without paying a dime too!)

If you go to the app store today (apps.garmin.com), there are images for the f5s, f5, and f5x, and if you click on one, you can see what's available for that watch. You'll see things ranked by "most popular" as the first view.

I've tried many on a Fenix 3 HR and a 735XT. I always go back to the Optimus HR. I like it because it is configurable and can show many fields clearly. I can see my HR, battery level, steps, distance, date, whether my alarm is on, any notifications and even the time!

You can have up to 16 CIQ apps on a watch. That's watchfaces, widgets, data fields, and full watch applications in total.

I too is excited about doing watch face which I can choose. I hope the contrast and everything will look fine. Still waiting for the big shipment.

Optimus HR and DigicWatch are not F5 compatible yet. Let's hope the creators update them sometime soon.

I like the look of the "Steam Gauge" watch face.
