Bluetooth playback controls does not work

Yes, confirm, thet Bluetooth audio controls does ot work. Playback pause/resume does not work . Once the Pause is pressed the playback is stopped and resumed automatically. So, if one would like to pause playback with neadset button it will resumed automaticaly.

    I am sorry your playback controls are not working correctly. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can do on your watch. Please test your audio controls after each step attempted.

    Please try the following:

    - Power your watch off then back on again.

    - Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off
