No data syncing anymore

Hi guys,

Since the 22nd of April, I do not have data syncing into my Garmin Connect profile anymore. I do not see my daily steps, heart rate data, floors, activities, etc... since this data.

I have already imported manually the activities I did and deleted historical ones but still no luck. Any ideas?

Did all three methods to sync fail?

Bluetooth, Wifi, Garmin Express

I have used all 3 in the last week and they all worked, so it's not a general issue.

Yes they all fail unfortunately !!

I get the notifications and a few other things in Garmin Connect though like sleep data but that's all. This is really annoying I don't know what happened and have already deleted all historical activities and imported manually the .FIT files from Garmin/Monitoring

Check the threads in App & Software forum for your phone and iOS. There are instruction there and procedures you can follow to try to rectify this.

If none of those work then you might want to contact Garmin Support.
