Want to report a bug I encountered the other day. The conditions were a bit random but here's what happened for me:
- Tracking with Kayak activity (watch only, no external sensors)
- Text message notification appeared at top of screen
- Pressed down to open message
- Instead of opening message the screen switched to the boot screen
- Stayed on this screen for some time (thought it was rebooting so waited maybe 30-45s)
- Nothing happened to I pressed the back key
- Option menu came up for "reset to default settings?" or similar wording (not sure if this is a typical thing for the boot screen or not)
- I selected NO and the watch returned to the boot screen for a few seconds before returning to the activity screen
- Activity was left where it was, just paused and with no GPS connection
- Hit play, gps reconnected and continued as normal without any loss to the activity.
Just wanted to report this as it was quite unusual :)
