I Am Having Issues With Goal Alerts.

Not new to Garmin. Have had Fenix 5s & 6s for 4-years. Just got an ENDURO.

I am NOT getting my 1-mile ALERTS or GOAL alerts (for 10 floors & 10K steps). Yes, I have triple checked settings on both watch & Garmin Connect.

Any of YOU having same issue? Thanks.

I am sorry you are not receiving your Goal alerts. We have not had any other reports from current Enduro owners worldwide. I am hoping your Enduro issue can be resolved since there are no patterns.

- Please ensure your software is fully up to date. It should show version 15.20 in System > About.

There are 2 resets you can try:

- Soft Reset: hold down your top left button until your Enduro shuts off then let go of the button

- Reset in the System Menu: System > Reset > Reset Default Settings. If still no luck, you can also try Delete All Data and Reset Settings
