Hiking Preset Trails - i.e. AllTrails while Recording Hike

How do I integrate with AllTrails or something similar to use this with preset hiking trails to used for navigation purposed will still recording a hike? Thanks !

The Descent Mk1 is basically a Fenix 5X so what works with the Fenix 5X should also work in the same way with the Descent Mk1.
