Fenix 5X Plus is currently £574 from Go Outdoors in the UK and can be bought via a cashback website to drop the final price to ~£550. It's hard to believe there is £850 of additional value/performance/prestige on offer from the MARQ Athlete. I would pay £1400 for a watch if I felt it offered fair value (I've paid far more than that in the past), but I struggle to see that value in the MARQ series. Styling wise I find the Athlete model to be decidedly meh.
Looks like a cool feature made its way from the Garmin Instinct, to the MARQ Expedition...the ability to have up to 10 timers. Glad they’re (Garmin) implementing that on the new models. My favorite feature from the Instinct.
