Software Update - How to force

I just purchased the Instinct Solar, watch is running at Software v7.2. Garmin Connect has not offered an update for the watch. How can I manually request an update in Garmin Connect or by the watch?

You'll have to ask Garmin why the Beta version numbering got ahead of the Public Release version numbering - it was confusing.

I have no doubt your Solar Instinct is Version 7.2. What I don't know is what the latest Public Release Software Version for Solar Instincts is, or whether the Non-Solar Instict Beta Versions can be downloaed to a Solar Instinct.

Well I did not get a notification but did see v9.2 was waiting for me on the Instinct under software update.... I am now running v9.2
