Cardio with Weight

Hi,

I wonder if you can add weight to the cardio activity. I want to jump on the trampoline with weights on and I don't know how to add it in the activity. Is it possible, or can you create your own activity and add it there? I want the calories to be counted correctly. Can you please show me how?

  • We discussed it already in this thread:

For example Garmin-Chris wrote the following:

"Charging from a USB port on a computer is the recommended method. 5V/1W - slow and true charging is what our watches are designed around and it is what we highly recommend. The more you are able to stay within that range without using larger voltage/wattage fast charging options, the better it will be for your Lithium-Ion battery lifespan."

That told, a wall charger would be OK too, if it is a charger of a good quality, and not a low cost charger with cheap leaked capacitors, delivering survoltage, and spikes of insufficiently filtered AC. With a computer you are on the safer side, if you are uncertain about the quality of your wall charger, and/or when you prefer protecting your watch battery from unecessary charging stress, and shortening its life.
