After 15.0 update battery is terrible (6% in 3 hours) and now there's a huge lag to open a menu / settings from the 3'rd party watch face (Gearmin),

If I remember correctly, same issue was 1.5 years ago, now it's again here.

Is anyone seeing a major increase in the amount of activity calories the Fenix is now tracking after the 15.0 update? It seems like I’m over by a 1,000+ tracked activity calories above my normal.…

So it's about 7% in 16 hours, 0.5% / hour. Do you use 3rd party watchface?

Tried to reinstall / install - don't see any improvements and still see lag of 1.5 sec to enter the menu.

100 hours and 2 x 50-minute trail runs, battery use very normal now down to 48%. Bluetooth and WiFi updates enabled. No custom watch face.

I reinstalled a 3rd party watch face and did a 45 minute swim. Battery drain was about 11%.

Once again, you get a run of 5/6 betas then a new completely unrelated and untested release (where some languages come out back to front) appears then disappears.

Seems that 15.0 was removed now from available updates. Hope fix version will arrive soon.

This is becoming the norm for Garmin. Their software is really letting them down at the moment. Such quality hardware not getting the recognition it deserved because of buggy software. And it seems like management either not aware of it or simply don’t care.

Same for me. With custom watchface I observe a very hight drain, aproximately 1% at hour with everything ON exccept wifi. and 1.5 or 2 seconds of lag when I press any button from the watchface.

With the same configuration normally the consumption of battery are at maximmum 0,4% at hour, int he best momment that I can't remmeber.

The software works great for me. My calories burnt has gone up two thirds. But the battery life is the best I have known.

There's clearly at least two show stoppers that really should have been picked up before they pushed it out to 50% though

hi, i have the same problem after 15.0 update. My battery drain very fast 50% after 23h, 10% after 6h etc. I have already reboot it 3 times, without changes. Almost when i m trying to get in the menus is very slow, it has 2 sec delay.I had a contact with support center in greece, and they told me that they dont have any info about this.

My Fenix 5X discharges almost completely within 24hrs. But I don't see any time lags. I tried a factory-reset without any improvement.

...i changed my watch face to the the factory watch faces and it looks like it has been restored, propably the problem is the watch faces....
