Strava Live Segments not appearing on Fenix 5

Hi,

I have had a ticket in with support for a while but no luck. Basically Strava Live segments only sync to my phone through Express and it's super annoying,so wondered if anyone else had experienced this (or can point out whether I've done something wrong).

I have Strava Summit, I have a load of starred segments, I've enabled Strava segments in connect (the app and website) via 3rd party apps > Strava > live segments.

My runs etc. all sync fine and as I say it syncs through express, but adding or removing a segment and then syncing via the app doesn't work at all. If I enable and don't sync via express it just shows 'segments' rather than 'Strava Live Segments' support were... Helpful but not able to solve it, sent them all my files but not really much response.

Not had any luck sorry - I let my summit lapse, so haven't tried recently though.

Had the some issue, the new starred segments in Strava weren't showing up in my fenix 5X, but I had like 10/12 pages of starred segments..... Then I reduced the amount of starred segments to 4/5 pages and now I can see all the segments in the fenix 5X. Another issue is when you following a track in the Fenix 5x the Live segments don't work.

I have the same issue , I notice that also something is related to the name of the segment , once I unstarred all my segment and add one by one it start show them but then again after add two segment that name start the same everting stop working again the Fenix 5X not show the entire name of the segment so for example segment name "last climb to hiran" will looks like "last climb to h" then if you have another segment named "last climb to hiran_road" they shoud looks the same on the watch and that gives an error and all segments stop sync

Hope they will find solution since it is more then 3 months I have the issue
