  • anybody else seeing the stress level going up again in this beta?

with the release of 9.20 the stress level seemed to be much more realistic. since the latest firmware my stress level went up to levels, which can't be true. i did not have a lot of stress the past days but now i am above 50 again. i now also have a very high stress level until shortly before i wake up - this was not the case with 9.20.
  • The last beta update I did (before doing this right now) I accidentally installed the wifi file. How do I remedy this?

Nope everything is fine for me.
  • Bandit , my stress levels are still the same.

I did notice something else. I can not access the training status screens anymore. I used to select my latest training to navigate to the training status screens (VO2max, recovery time, FTP), but this does not work anymore. I now get the list of last activities, which is the same as when selecting the weekly activity overview.

Does anybody know a different way to access these screens?
  • strange, then there must be something wrong with my body, although i feel very well. and i am happy to say that my life is far from being stressy.

my stress level is very high again (around 50), like it was with fw 8. after garmin fixed the stress level i was between 16 and max 35, which reflects my feeling way better. my resting heart rate went um from 58 to 64.

For me the stress levels are definitely too low with last updates. Used to be spot on but now I'm all low stress even when feeling tired...
  • My stress levels are reported OK overall and correlate to my perception during the day but it appears that the night stress levels are somehow artificially capped (a couple of nights ago when I had perhaps a bit too much beer I'd expect the levels to be high in the first half of the night and then drop but they were constant "low stress through"). RR started behaving a bit weird as well. No major issues but it seems Garmin is still figuring this out a bit.

Yeah same thing for me. I think since 9.2 update the night time stress is now suspiciously low. Even when I know I drank too many beers or otherwise slept uneasy.

Anyway I looked at it closer and seems you can still see higher sleep stress but Garmin have apparently recalibrated the graphs so sleep time is now always in blue so If you drink or recover from exercise it will just be in the high blues vs low...

Thx Bandit, the update probably caused the widget to be removed of my list. It is working again :)
