OK, it never settled back down, and I noticed that my resting heart rate reported on waking had increased from an average of around 53 to 61. That seems a tad high, as whislt I am sitting here typing this I am ticking along at 71. I have done a hard reset this morning as the Stress values have just not looked reflective, not much high stress, but only about 25 minutes of rest in a 24 hour period, and that is just crap.

I suspect after the hard reset, this will now follow the usual pattern of 2-3 day of what looks like accurate data and then it will fail again to garbage data.
  • As others have said....
    works for a while...
5-6 hours rest a day down to 2mins rest a day at the moment, only a master reset every few days or weeks will sort it out.
I find if completely uselss, In all four 5x's I've owned.
Get rid of the widget altogether is best....as its yet another broken feature.... lol.....

Most smartwatches are really able to calculate every vital signal of your body. So impressive. I wonder when they will start cooking as well for us! I wish in the future we have a way to enable all these smart devices in the process of healing and helping us deal with loss and grief. When I lost my father I was alone for months drinking and crying as he meant the world to me and my family. I eventually decided to put some counseling https://www.counsellinginmelbourne.com.au/is-counselling-the-best-option-to-deal-with-grief-and-loss/ in the process and I managed to pass through it slowly.
