  • It looks like they could reproduce only the Fenix 5 quickfit bands as I can see no 5X ones - I wanted to buy a cheap one to cut it for Fenix 5 before doing the same on an original one.
  • Just got mine and it is *identical* to Garmin QF. The mechanism, the texture, the little triangle on the rectangle, everything. An absolute bargain

    i ordered off eBay

    Pictures would be nice! :)

    Thanks.

As mentioned earlier, quick fit F5X bands are starting to show up on amazon and ebay. Another example:

Does that include the torqx screws on the buckle? As per LeanMeanGreen's question?

No the buckle uses a regular 22mm pin.
Another difference is the color of the buckle which is a little darker than the original.

The quick fit mechanism looks ok and study but i would definitely not wear it in the open water. :P

Thanks for the picts. Normally when I get bands that use a pushpin for the buckle, I sawp out that buckle for the OEM one.

Thanks for the photo... can you also please confirm if the silicone loop has the stub that fits into the band slots, to prevent it from moving around on the band?

    It does have it.
  • Bahoogas is right, the triangles are slightly different, I think I've been duped! ;-) I am not sure the type of screw is going to affect me much either. I can now see the difference on the buckle pin, and it does look less sturdy, but I reckon you would have to give it a hell of a whack to break it. Overall, It's much better value.

It took 12 days to come from seller good365.

I tried taking some photos but I couldn't get any good ones showing the differences as they are so small
