HI guys,

today I received my metal band, see photos.

There was also a tool that helps in shortening the band. The color is black, so it matches my Fenix 5 Sapphire black :)

Compared to the price Garmin is calling for a metal band this one for 19$ is really worth it, as it also includes the quickfit mechanism.

I ordered it on 30th of June and received it yesterday. I live in Germany.So this is about 3 weeks.

Has anyone bought good quality 3rd party leather band. I would like to have real leather not fake PU. Or are these cheap leather bands all made off cheap materials. Are there (eBay, Amazon) just those dark brown bands not light brown? Of course with quickfit mechanism.

I bought one of the rubber/latex chinese bands on ebay, because they are a little thinner than the genuine Garmin article I found it more comfortable for sleeping. Will probably just use mine for that.
