BUG? Training Load on 5X Different on Garmin Connect

Currently my Fenix 5X is saying that training load is at 556 but Garmin Connect is saying 416.
This is using the Training Status widget on the 5X and the Training Status page on Garmin Connect Web.
The Garmin Connect iPhone app seems to be consistent with the Garmin Connect Web.
I don't think I've seen the two match maybe ever.
Could I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
Does anybody else get that problem?

Sync of vo2max and training load

Try this: start a new activity. After one second stop the activity and faulting it. Now syncing again. This helps by me.

Sorry for asking that, but....where does GCM and web shows it?
I tried everywhere and couldn't see it.
I own a D2 Charlie and the Training Status I only reach at the watch it self.
Any fix for my issue?

Im having the same problem...
D2 Charlie, firmware 3.0
Only seeing Training Status on my device and not on the GC mobile app!?
