  • So many fixes but our battery drain is ignored again. I'm not happy now
  • Would be great to receive some of the improvements from the Marq such as body battery.
  • Dear Developers!

I would like to report a bug in the Spotify Music application.

    Steps to reproduce the error:

    1. I'm adding a new playlist on the watch.
    2. The watch is syncing till 100%.
    3. It show it's finished and jumps back to the playlists page.
    4. Then it freezes.

The watch doesn't react to nothing, it has to bee restarted by the 4 button method.

    This is still NOT fixed. N O T !

Just charged to full, disconnected when charge showed 100%
Plugged it in again and charge showed 95% WTF?

In fact it is worse than before cause I just found it jumped back to 95% after 1 minute off the charger. Upon charging again it went back to 100, took it of and now it shows 98%.
What a mess Garmin, can you please fix this properly now?
  • MENU - Settings - Sensors and Accessories - Compass - North Ref. - User - enter manually an Magnetic variation - like 004 E. Select Done.
Go to North Ref. - User menu again. Observe 0 E. Value still not saved. Any language.

Maybe the value of 100% shown while plugged in may be wrong.

I've long since accepted that when my VA3 shows 100%, I'll have to leave it plugged in for an hour more or else i won't get the full battery life out of it. Since I do this, I get 6 to 9 days, depending on usage. When I didn't do that, my battery life was 2 to 3 days.
  • Well, the point is that Garmin claims that this specific issue was fixed in 6.71

Why accept this bug? They should have fixed it or retract their claim that it is fixed or state they erroneously claimed it was fixed and promise to do better next time

I am unable to connect to any ANT sensors with this beta. Tried removing and re-adding HRM strap as well as a Tempe Sensor. Neither will connect.
  • hey garmin, how about a new non-beta firmware for a change? it's been many months since the release of the last stable version and a number of bugs have been fixed in the meantime (according to the change log). installing betas isn't for everybody
