I have a set of Bose soundsport pulse wireless headphones. They have a built in heart rate monitoring. Can I pair that with my Fenix 5+ instead of using a chest strap?
I got the Heart rate sensor in the Bose sound sport to connect finally. After already having the headphones connected, I waited a few minutes to make sure my heart rate was being detected by the headphones and then I went "add new" , then chose " search all". Do not choose the heart rate monitor option because I believe this looks only for a ANT+ signal. But it showed up under search all and connected fine. Ran yesterday and got full heart rate data.
