Fenix 5S/5 Plus - 4.64 Beta Release

Note: Please allow for the updates to propagate across all servers. There is no need to post that the link does not work. It will after a bit of patience.

4.64 Change Log Notes:
  • Fixed an issue where the device could crash while using Garmin Pay.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where the display length during a pool swim could show invalid values.
  • Made several bug fixes for the music player.

    The beta probably contains anything which has been changed in any firmware version since the original release of the watch. Otherwise, there would have to be requirements for which firmware version the beta can be installed on top of. I have not been able to find any such requirements.

    Consequently, your observation of a folder in the beta does not contradict what JiriAPet wrote.

    And if you look in the sensor hub folder in the latest beta, you will see a file date of May 31. So nothing new there.




    Bottom line is that the issue is improving and from that file Dated May 31 just maybe since it reinstalled the hub sensor software that might’ve done more than previous hard resets have done in the past for people in my situation.

    Issue where incorrect date is displayed on connect iq watchface is still present on 4.64 beta (also an issue on 4.61 beta but not previous versions)
