Am keen to try the adaptive 5K Garmin Coach as I'm not a runner.

Its a shame that a random 20% get the phased rollout but the beta never included it at all and have always been trying the betas.

Ran with 4.2 this morning and all seems well. The bug that was in 4.0 seems to be properly squished.

Which bug ? (They are many... ;-) )

I was waiting. 5X+ didnt update itself via GC.

I was going in to System and there I was able to select install new software. Try it!

When FW comes Over the air (from GC or Wifi) by default it installs "tonight", and what you found under "Software Update" was that it was on the device and waiting for "tonight" to install.
